The Final Feast.

Back Row - Kev (Warehouse Guru) 5 years, Simon (Stencil room, Warehouse) 6.5 years, Aaron (Stamps, Warehouse Manager) 4.5 years, Matt (Sales Manager, Inventory) 1.5 years, Tim (Joinery, Stencil room, Business Development Manager, General Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager 7.5 years), Tom (Designer, Design Manager, Brand Manager 5 years), Front Row - Trin (Sales Rep.) 1 year, Lauren (Warehouse, Sales Manager) 9 years, Liz (Pick and Pack Team Leader)7 years, Richelle (PA to General Manager, Product Development, Inventory Control, Entertainment Coordinator)4 years.
These people represent just under 50 years of service to Kaisercraft.

This week Kaisercraft farewelled its most important and most influential employee. Tim Davies, my brother, started in the joinery over seven years ago. Since then he has worked in the now defunct stencil room, the warehouse, the office - as business development manager, sales manager and of course, general manager. As general manager he took turnover from $X to $X x 3. All that in three years at the helm. His influence, leadership and management has been second to none.
It is a poorer company for the loss of his abilities.
Today Tim's closest and longest serving workmates gathered for a farewell BBQ.
